If you wish to reserve a hotel room, a block of rooms has been reserved for our wedding night.  Please reserve your room by June 16th.  Please call the DoubleTree at: 1-800-HILTONS and when you make the reservation give them the group code: Tarver-Kovar reception

The rates for the rooms are:

119.00 for a King suite

129.00 for a double suite

The rates increase when there is more than 2 people per room.  

Check in time is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am.  All guests arriving prior to 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms are available.  The front desk staff can check bags for rooms that are unavailable.

There is a full hot buffet complimentary breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7am-11am.  We are planning to go to breakfast the next morning.  I will update the website with a specific time closer to the wedding.
