We met back in May of 2006, Nick found me :) That story a little later...at the wedding on Sunday, August 26th 2012~  it should clarify how we met in our photo montage around 7pm that night~  

We hit it off right from the start, talking about same interests, such as the Cubs being our favorite team.  Going to Cubs games, camping, dining out in unique spots, movies, vacationing together ~  

We closed on our first house together in Streamwood. :) 10-8-2010 and Nick has been repairing it ever since.  Anything you lay your eyes on at our home, he's done. From taking out walls, to uncovering sticky linolium under the carpet, so we can get the hardwood floors that we wanted, painting, to installing just about everything- working on the yard ~

Nick is very talented and gifted Plumber, Nick started his own Plumbing buisness back in 2010 and has been a continued success~ after the economy went kaput.  His buisness line, 847-754-8299 should you need one. ;)

 We got engaged on June 9th, 2011 in our new home~ Nick proposed to me in our foyer, just as we were about to head out- :) Best shock-suprise in my life!!! Kristina my sister, who is my maid of honor, had found out first and we celebrated by going to Bahama Breeze that night she was in town from Colorado.

2 days later... we had our first Housewarming Party and had the best time with all our friends! * we told everyone that day. :)

A couple weeks later... we brought a new addition to our family, his name is Captin on June 25th 2011.  

We adopted him from Save-A-Pet. Petsmart was having one of their weekend adoption days~ Nick found Captin, too~ (He asked, "How bout him?" pup was walking around looking clueless)

He's about 35-38 lbs, biggest he's going to get! His adoptive name was "Weebles" so we re-named him Captin.  He's eaten up most my shoes and likes to chase squirels and howl at passer by ambulances/firetrucks. He playfights with his older little brother Tapka, leaving Tapi full of slobber drool, but in the end they get along.

I would like to give you the back story of our wedding "I Do 's" We were planning on getting married in the Church in the Czech Republic the following year -->2012! our date was set on 9-22-2012 ... we decided to tie the knot (singing of the papers) legally on 9-22-2011 @ the court house~ for numerous reasons. We wanted to celebrate a set date, each year that we would remember that specific day, walking down the aisle in Czech ~  We're really excited that we can share these days with you !!! :)

We are really excited for that trip too! ~ And we can't wait to see all our Family and friends in the Czech republic, celebrating with about 14-16 ppl flying in to celebrate with us too! :o) So much gratitude I feel ~ Thank you all so much! May it be an unforgettable experience for all ~ pics will be posted as soon as I have them in my possession. 

We've been very blessed with the family and friends we have~ and Thank Each Day for having them in our lives~ The company of our friends and family is truly special to us both.  We thank you again for being a part of our lives and LOVE YOU ALL VERY MUCH! :)
